Stuart's journey in food production commenced as a chef for the Saudi Arabian Airforce, followed by a stint at the Sultan's Palace in Oman. Returning to the UK, he assumed pivotal roles at Heinz, Hazlewoods, and Greencore, spearheading product and process development for chilled desserts and ethnic meals across Europe. Having spent two years working with some of the world’s leading fluid dynamic and process engineering experts; Stuart played a key role in pioneering DC Norris' Jet Cook Technology for global application in food, beverage, and pet food industries. This cutting-edge cooking innovation revolutionised the sector, with over 400 installations worldwide. Stuart's extensive expertise spans 4000 trials across 62 nations, encompassing various food categories. His profound understanding of Middle Eastern and ethnic cuisines facilitated seamless transition of traditional recipes into large-scale industrial production, upholding quality standards. Through patient and adept training, Stuart enabled diverse culinary teams globally to leverage this state-of-the-art technology, leading to the establishment of numerous Central Production Units globally, including a 200,000 meal per day facility in Qatar and a 15,000kg per hour facility in Africa.
