Noor has a long experience in Communication and Public Relations in both public and private sectors. Her career in public relations and communications started n 2007 where she was heading the communication and public relations department in one of the leading local private universities. She then joined Unilever KSA in 2013 as Internal Communications Manager and since then she has progressed in her career by adding more responsibilities.

In 2015, she was promoted to handle the total Sustainable Business & Communications in Unilever KSA looking after internal and external communications as well as external affairs. Before re-joining Unilever in Jan 2021, Noor moved to Riyadh from 2018 to 2021 and led Corporate Communication Function in government sector namely, Adaa and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.

Driven by high social service interest, Noor uses Standards of Leadership, Birkman, and Wildfit to bring awareness to people and help them navigate life peacefully and successfully. She is passionate about leading a successful holistic life where physical, emotional, mental and purposeful wellbeing are really taken care of. Noor is a Saudi national, marred and a mother of 4 children.
