I am Issam Hmami, a seasoned food and beverage expert with over 26 years of experience in food development, creation, and manufacturing. I have worked with global brands,
collaborating closely with customers to craft innovative and high-quality products. My journey began in a small city in Morocco, where I earned my master’s degree in food chemistry. The very next day, I moved to Germany to further my studies, completing a master’s degree in food engineering at the Technical University of Berlin. Throughout my career, I have held key positions in global companies, developing not only new products but also pioneering innovative ways to enhance them for end consumers. Currently, I lead the R&D department at AlEsayi Holding Company, one of the largest beverage producers in the Middle East, and soon to be the number one co-packer in the MENA region. Beyond my professional life, I am a passionate cook and an avid motorbike enthusiast. I thrive on exploring new cultures, embracing emerging technologies, and discovering uncharted roads.
