As the Executive Chef at Bel Middle East, Chef Heyam acts as a culinary ambassador for the brand, representing the entity at various events and exhibitions throughout the Middle East. She skillfully crafts recipes featuring Bel Groupe products, highlighting their quality and versatility. Beyond the kitchen, she actively works to establish Bel Groupe products as household staples in the Middle East, blending tradition and innovation to inspire and elevate communities and palates alike. Moreover, Chef Heyam imparts her expertise by training chefs across the Middle East region to work with Bel products.
Born into a family deeply rooted in their appreciation for the culinary arts, Chef Heyam's passion for food was nurtured in a region where hospitality and locally sourced produce are revered. Her journey commenced in the enchanting south of France, where she pursued her culinary education, honing her skills and cultivating a refined palate.
After relocating to the United States with her husband, Chef Heyam embarked on an inspiring path. Her journey in the US took a unique turn when she became a mother for the first time. During this period, she introduced a groundbreaking concept - specialized cooking classes tailored to mothers with infants. These classes provided a space for mothers to explore their cooking skills while nannies cared for their little ones, creating a harmonious balance between cooking and motherhood. This initiative allowed Chef Heyam to merge her love for cooking with her passion for building connections within the community.
Chef Heyam’s journey continued in Canada, where she realized her dream of opening her restaurant and gaining acclaim for her renowned chicken soup. Chef Heyam's unwavering commitment to her craft and dedication to crafting exceptional meals earned her recognition in gastronomy, with her establishment featured in prominent global media titles.
Outside of her culinary pursuits, Chef Heyam's hobbies include practising yoga and travelling to different parts of the world, where she immerses herself in diverse cultures and learns more about their cuisines. Her dedication to the culinary arts and her adventurous spirit make her a remarkable figure in the world of food and gastronomy.
