Technical specialisation in food safety, biotechnology, diagnostics, clinical research and public health.  An International thought leader in the food technology space, 100+ conferences, TV, podcasts, roundtables, industry reports, start-up competitions. Dalal is a lecturer at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) teaching courses on Future Foods for the MSc Food Industry: Management and Marketing degree and Executive Programs for the HKU Business School.
