A Le Cordon Bleu London alumna and Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, Caterina has driven innovation for globally recognized brands like Pizza Hut Asia Pacific, where she led cross-functional teams in 16 countries, built future-forward product pipelines, and rolled out scalable systems that elevated both profitability and customer satisfaction. During her time with Ingredion APAC, she pioneered Culinology® in the region; leading plant-based, sauce, coating, and bakery innovations with a clear focus on market relevance and operational efficiency. Caterina is deeply passionate about scaling innovation from the lab to the factory floor, ensuring that every creative idea can become a commercially viable, cost-effective, and production-ready reality.
